With multiple thriving club locations in the heart of Antwerp - and more on the horizon - we’re growing fast. For our clubs we’re looking for a Front of House colleague to strengthen our team.

As part of our Front of House team, you are the face of Release. You make sure every visitor feels welcome, supported and part of the community from the moment they walk in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll be at the heart of the member experience, making sure every visit feels smooth, welcoming and on-brand.⁣⁣

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, personal approach and ensure a premium first impression.⁣⁣
• Support members with questions, bookings and general assistance throughout their visit.⁣⁣
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting club environment at all times.⁣⁣
• Handle check-ins, memberships and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.⁣
• Act as a point of contact between members, coaches and the team. Ensure club rules and standards are respected to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.⁣
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere and energy within the club.⁣
  

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• A natural sense of hospitality and strong people skills. ⁣⁣⁣
• A passion for fitness, wellbeing and community.⁣⁣
• ⁣⁣Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).⁣⁣
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.⁣⁣
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.⁣⁣
• ⁣⁣Team player with an eye for detail and quality.⁣⁣
