START TO RUN
Ready to start running the right way? This beginner-friendly class helps you build a solid foundation. Perfect if you're just starting out or returning after a break. Gradually build endurance, ease into running and develop healthy habits from the start. We focus on increasing your stamina, learning proper running form, foot placement and roll-off, as well as mastering effective breathing techniques. This session provides a strong base to run confidently and opens the door to connect with our running tribe! Each 50-minute session includes a warm-up, a running technique focus, our run-walk schedule, cool-down, and a motivational closing. We focus on posture, breathing, foot strike, and most importantly, fun! No Excuses , Just Progress! Come discover the joy of running. Meeting Point: We gather in the coffee corner at Club Eilandje!

SOCIAL RUN
Join Our Weekly Social Run! Every Wednesday evening, we head out for a relaxed 6–8 km social run at a steady 6:00 min/km pace. No pressure, just running, chatting, and enjoying the miles together. 📍 Start location: Release Eilandje. Everyone’s welcome feel free to bring a friend!
