Account Info

If you've been a member before, you can reactivate your membership at our club's front desk at Zeevaartstraat 10 or Vlaamsekaai 54 in Antwerp.

The freeze policy allows you to temporarily pause (“freeze”) your membership based on the following terms:

Freezing your membership is only possible after completing a consecutive three-month period of active membership.

You can freeze your membership once per contractual year in one-month increments, 30 days in a row. 

As compensation for your freeze period, we'll offer you one month of membership for free.

Please contact us via hello@release-antwerp.be to request your freezing period.

You can cancel your membership via email at hello@release-antwerp.be before the 20th of the month of cancellation.

However, if you're going on vacation or you're temporarily unable to exercise, we recommend that you freeze your membership, instead of cancelling.

You can edit your profile information via your app in your Club Planner account. 

From your Club Planner app's home page, select the circluar icon in the upper right corner, then "Profile settings". You can also update your profile info in your browser via https://release-antwerp.clubplanner.be/ at our front desk or via email at hello@release-antwerp.be

You can download your invoices through your MyClubPlanner app. Tap the "Invoices" icon in the upper right corner on your dashboard.

Please note that the invoice option in your app will only be activated once you've provided us with your company details.

Group Classes

To book your classes, you select the "Book" option in your Club Planner app or in your browser via https://release-antwerp.clubplanner.be/. Afterwards, select the preferred Calendar and tap "Book".

You can read the class description for each class by tapping or clicking on the preferred class in the timetable on our website or with the Calendar in your Club Planner app. You can access the timetable on our website at https://release-antwerp.be/en/timetable.

You can unbook a group class in your ClubPlanner app up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled group class.

You receive 5 points at the beginning of your membership. If you don't cancel on time, don't show up for a group class and/or if you don't check in (up to 1 hour) before your class starts, you'll lose a point. This cancellation period is fixed and can't be changed by our front-of-house crew.

Once you've run out of points, you'll have to pay a fine of €35 at our front desk or via the "Webshop" in your ClubPlanner app to reset your points, book new classes and get access to the club again.

Classes should always be booked before you checkin with your QR code at our front desk. Classes booked after entering and scanning your QR code will not be registered as “checked in". So, if you book a class when you’re already in the club, please make sure to scan your QR code again.

We'll automatically add you to the first available spot up to 12 hours before your class begins. After that, you'll need to manually book your spot for the respective group class.

 

If you’re on the waiting list, you’ll receive a notification if you’re added to the attendee list. To check whether this is all set up correctly, please make sure you turn your "reservation list" notification on. This can be found in your account in your Club Planner app. The list of notifications will appear in the "notification center".

Release group classes appear online one week in advance.

Boxing: It's advised to bring your own Boxing gloves and hand wraps. If you don't bring any yourself, you can borrow Release Boxing gloves. Please note that wearing inner gloves or hand wraps is required for hygienic reasons. If you don't have your own, you can purchase a pair at our front desk for €5/pair. You can pick them up at our front desk by giving your ID card in exchange. After your class, you can pick up your ID card at our front desk.

 

Reform: It's recommended to wear grip socks during your Reformer Pilates class, to ensure a safe and hygienic workout experience. You can buy a pair of Release anti-slip socks at our front desk for €12/pair.

 

Ride: You have the option to wear cycling shoes with SPD cleats during your Ride class. If you don't bring your own, you can wear sports shoes. The pedals of the bikes are equipped with a pair of adjustable rubber straps that allow you to adjust it to your shoes.

You receive a margin of 5 points at the beginning of your membership. We offer this margin because mistakes happen easily. If you receive an email about not attending a class or losing a point that was caused by our system or crew, you can email membership@release-antwerp.be for assistance.

You can book up to 8 classes in total at one time.

Day Passes

You can request a day pas on https://release-antwerp.be/en/request-a-day-pass for €20/day. After you complete the form, you'll receive an email with the details.

Please be aware of the following:

Day pass requests are limited to once a year per person.

Your day pass is valid for 14 days after your request.

You can book your group class once you've completed the payment of €20.

Due to popular demand, our Reformer Pilates classes are currently unavailable for day passes.
